In ARHCESMO digital platforms, we use our own (necessary / essential) and third-party cookies.
The data collected by the necessary (essential) cookies used and placed on ARHCESMO digital platforms allow us to analyze the use of our digital platforms to ensure that everything works correctly. Identifiers are used to accompany users' navigation. These identifiers help in many cases to understand usage behavior to ensure and improve ARHCESMO's level of service on digital platforms, but they do not enable ARHCESMO to identify the user.
2. What are cookies?

4. Are all cookies stored forever?
No, there are permanent cookies and session cookies:
Permanent Cookies: These are stored at the browser level on the user's access devices (computer, tablet and mobile), and are used whenever the user re-visits the digital platforms. Generally, they are used to direct navigation to respond to the interests of the user, allowing AHCESMO to provide a more personalized service. Session cookies: These are temporary, remain in your web browser cookies until you exit the digital platforms. The information obtained allows us to identify problems and find solutions to offer a better browsing experience.
Although the cookies help you to take full advantage of ARHCESMO digital platforms, you can choose to disable the cookies that are in your internet browser, through its settings management tool.
However, by disabling cookies, ARHCESMO digital platforms will perform differently, with lower service levels. If you do so in relation to the essential cookies that we place, the use of our digital platforms may be impaired, as it is verified that the cookies we use are necessary for its operation.
